Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Orders are shipped using Canada Post. Orders are fulfilled within 5-7 business days from the time the order is placed. The customer will be notified when the order has shipped.

Canada: Free shipping on orders over $150. On orders less than $150, a flat rate of $15 will be applied.

United States: Free shipping on orders over $150 USD. Otherwise, shipping rates are calculated at checkout by Canada Post. The customer is responsible for any duties and fees (if applicable).

Returns

All returns must be authorized before being returned to us.

Email blueskylingerie@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your shipment.

All products must be in original, unworn, new condition, with tags attached.

Postage for returns is customer’s responsibility.

Customer is responsible for any duties (if applicable).

Returns received within 14 days of the purchase date can be refunded.

Any authorized returns after 14 days of purchase date will be store credit.

No returns accepted after 21 days from the purchase date.

Sale items are final sale.
